Each renewal of registration is valid for ten years, starting from the day after the expiration of the previous term of validity of the trademark. If renewal procedures are not completed upon expiration, the registered trademark will be cancelled.

So if the trademark is in normal use, the fee must be paid once every 10 years.

At present, the official fee for normal trademark renewal is 2,000 yuan per item. During the extension period of 6 months beyond the validity period, the official fee is 2,500 yuan per item.

If you entrust an agency to apply, you will be charged a part of the agency fee, which is about several hundred yuan per piece in the market.
