What is the practice of souffle?
Souffles, some are called doll souffles. The raw materials are flour, sugar, lard, cream, egg white, jam and a little vanilla powder.

Beat the egg whites and sugar into bubbles, then add lard, cream and vanilla powder and stir well. Finally, add the flour to make the egg bubble batter. Use tools (paper bags) to squeeze into the shape of souffle on the baking tray. Drop 1 drop jam on each one and bake in the oven. Use the egg batter at will, or it will run oil if it takes too long.
