(1) Trademark search analysis: Search the trademark name, and conduct relevant analysis based on the use of the trademark, design features, overseas promotion plans and other factors

(2) Submission Application: Review and organize all information, prepare trademark application documents, and submit relevant application documents as required

(3) Formal review: After receiving the trademark registration application, the trademark examination authority will conduct a review of the application documents, etc. Formal examination, for trademark applications that comply with the regulations, the application date and application number will be awarded

(4) Substantive examination: The trademark examination authority will review the legality and registrability of the trademark application that has passed the formal examination. A substantive review will be conducted, and those that do not meet the regulations will be rejected

(5) Publication of announcements: After substantive review, trademark applications that meet the regulations will be published in an announcement. Anyone can apply within the 60-day announcement period. File an objection

(6) Issuing a registration certificate: After the announcement period has expired and no objection has been raised by others, or if the objection fails, the trademark application will be approved for registration and a trademark registration certificate will be obtained
