Brand trademark owners of offline supermarket chains, stores or online B2C websites directly settle in the stores opened by Tmall International. This kind of shop only supports invitation and independent entry of merchants. The goods sold by merchants can be traced back to the 35 trademark owners of the store brand and the corresponding trademark owners of the goods. Therefore, when opening such stores, merchants need to provide not only the materials needed for brand flagship stores, but also the 35 types of trademark registration certificates and special qualifications of the stores.

This kind of store refers to the store opened by Tmall International under the authorization of the brand trademark owner. In addition to the registration documents provided by the merchant and the ID card of the representative of the licensee, the trademark authorization certificate is also required.

For stores operating two or more brands under the same Tmall international business category, merchants can provide 2-5 brand authorizations at the same time to open up multiple brand sales channels. Relevant materials can be prepared directly according to the brand flagship store, just change the exclusive authorization to the general authorization. However, it should be noted that if a trademark owner authorizes a store company to operate branded goods, it needs to provide a complete authorization or purchase certificate that meets the requirements of the industry authorization series.
