Jinpenshan local honey is a kind of natural nourishing food with rich nutrition and one of the most commonly used tonics. According to analysis, it contains a variety of inorganic salts, vitamins, iron, calcium, copper, manganese, potassium, phosphorus and other organic acids and trace elements beneficial to human health, as well as fructose, glucose, amylase, oxidase, reductase and so on. It has the effects of nourishing, moistening dryness and detoxifying. China native bee, referred to as Chinese bee for short, is an excellent bee population. Compared with Italian bees, China honey has better taste, more comprehensive nutrition, longer storage time and great development potential. In order to promote the faster and better development of Chinese bees, a "Chinese bee reserve" was designated in Jinpenshan, and Italian bees were forbidden to be kept in the reserve. It also guides beekeepers to set up professional bee cooperatives in China, register the trademark of "Baihua Brand", and implement "standardized management, high-quality breeding and integrated sales" to ensure that beekeepers can increase production and income and promote the rapid and stable development of bee industry in China. In recent years, Xinfeng county has given full play to the advantages of honey source in Jinpenshan mountain area and encouraged local farmers to breed Chinese bees. Up to now, there are more than 8,000 groups of Chinese bees in Jinpenshan Office, and more than 200 groups 100 beekeepers have emerged. In order to build the brand of bees in Jinpenshan, the town has declared the title of "the first village of bees in China" to the Ministry of Agriculture.
