However, the preliminary examination and approval of the announced trademark does not mean that the trademark applicant has not yet obtained the exclusive right to use the trademark, and the trademark will be approved and registered only if no proposal is made or the proposal is ruled invalid within the announcement period and the trademark office publishes a registration announcement.
