On August 28, 2017, the Intermediate People's Court of Quanzhou City, Fujian Province accepted this incident. The plaintiff Anta (China) Co., Ltd. and the defendants Dongguan Brooks Sportage Trading Co., Ltd. and Quanzhou Xinhuadu Shopping Plaza Co., Ltd. A case involving a company’s trademark infringement and unfair competition disputes. The plaintiff requested a judgment to order the defendant to stop the infringement and compensate the plaintiff for 3.5 million yuan in economic losses caused by the infringement.
