To apply for trademark transfer, you must use the UK Trademark Transfer Application Form uniformly formulated by the UK Intellectual Property Office. UK trademark transfer applications can be made using electronic application forms.
If the British trademark transfer is entrusted to a trademark agent, written documents will be provided by the corresponding trademark agent, but the applicant for British trademark transfer must cooperate in submitting the following documents:
1. The application for British trademark transfer requires the seals of both parties (signatures of natural persons);
2. The British trademark agency letter of attorney requires the seals of both parties (signatures of natural persons);

4. British Trademark Transfer Agreement (stamps or signatures of both parties are required);
5. Certificate of consent for transfer of British trademark or notarized certificate of transfer statement of British trademark (if necessary);
6. The same or similar British trademark registered by the British trademark transferor on the same or similar goods must be Handle it together;
7. Both parties to the British trademark transfer should pay the British trademark transfer application fee in accordance with relevant requirements.
