The Trademark Office will not charge any fees after receiving a notice of rejection. If you receive a notice of rejection because the submitted materials are incomplete or incorrect, the Trademark Office will return it. As long as the Trademark Office has fulfilled the review procedures stipulated by law, regardless of whether the trademark is successfully registered, the official trademark registration fee is 600 yuan per item. It is non-refundable. The relevant provisions of the "Notice of the Trademark Office of the State Administration for Industry and Commerce on Specific Measures for Enforcement of Trademark Business Fee Standards":

1. When applying for trademark registration or handling other trademark matters, trademark fees must be paid in accordance with regulations. The Trademark Office will consider the application complete and will accept it after receiving the application documents and trademark fees. Otherwise, it will not be accepted.

2. In order to adapt China’s trademark registration management work to international practices, this time the unified price standards for trademark fees will be applied at home and abroad. Trademark fees paid when applying for trademark registration or handling other trademark matters, as long as the review procedures stipulated by law are fulfilled, regardless of whether the trademark is approved for registration, the fees paid will no longer be refunded.

3. When applying for trademark registration or handling other trademark matters, if the application is returned by the Trademark Office due to incomplete procedures or incorrectly filled out application documents, the application must be completed or corrected within the specified time and resubmitted. If the applicant no longer submits its application documents, the Trademark Office will no longer handle refund procedures.
