Harbin Brewery is the first brewery in my country
The beer paper trademark appeared around the middle of the 18th century. At that time, beer production and sales were increasing, and brewers gradually recognized the need to differentiate their products. According to historical records, in 1843, a beer company in Burdonnon, England, printed a small round trademark and affixed it to the mouth of the bottle. The round mark is an earlier one, but now it is mostly rectangular and oval. In 1890, in order to ensure the ownership of the red triangle trademark, the British Bath Company sent an employee to wait on the steps of the registration office all night. It became the first trademark protected by the British Trademark Act, so the UK was recognized as the country of origin of beer labels. But at that time, the trademark was not very graphic and only had the brewery name and brand name printed on it.
Beer label design in each country has its own characteristics, but the main thing they have in common is the nature of advertising, which serves to introduce, promote and beautify beer. At the same time, the designers try their best to integrate local customs, historical allusions, etc. into every inch, making it a rich treasure house of knowledge. For example, German beer labels pay attention to tradition, most of them are marked with the year of creation, and the design techniques are noble and elegant; Canadian beer labels are beautiful and picturesque, allowing people to appreciate the scenery of lakes and mountains; British beer labels are known for their solemnity, and they mostly like black to express their The image of a noble gentleman; Australian beer labels are closely related to animals, which is related to their country's emphasis on animal protection; others such as windmills in the Netherlands, maple leaves in Canada, Mount Fuji in Japan, the Great Wall of China, etc., allow us to not only understand the folk customs of various places style, but also can improve the level of appreciation. It is precisely because of these rich contents that beer labels have extremely high collection value, and they have become one of the four major flat collectibles.
There are currently three types of beer labels in our country: one is an oval imitating Tsingtao Beer; the other is a symbol that highlights local colors, such as the Great Wall in Tianjin, the Temple of Heaven in Beijing, Guilin landscapes, etc., most of which are based on historical sites. , Xiushui Lingchuan as the theme; the third is the use of some foreign beer trademarks under the wave of joint ventures.
A small beer label is not only a brand symbol, but also a work of art with intellectual content: a label tells a story, and a frame records a legend. As a unique expression of beer culture, beer labels have high appreciation and collection value, and I believe they will become a popular collectible in the future.
