When buying rebar, first of all, from the surface quality point of view, there are no cracks, scars and folds on the surface of regular steel. Protrusions are allowed on the surface, but they shall not exceed the height of transverse ribs, and the surface of steel bars shall be marked with quality grade. Fake and inferior rebar is rolled with adobe, with poor surface quality, often burrs, burrs, cracks and scars, obvious distortion, irregular ends and even cracks. At the same time, due to insufficient heating temperature and rolling speed, the surface color of some small rolling mills is red and uneven. Secondly, in terms of external dimensions, vernier calipers can be used to simply measure whether the actual dimensions are consistent with the marked dimensions (rebar is generally rolled with specifications), and if there is any difference, is it within the standard deviation (for example? The standard inner diameter of 16 rebar is15.4 0.4 mm, while the inner diameter of fake rebar is mostly around 13mm). Thirdly, most regular steel products are packaged in bundles when they leave the factory. Metal signs corresponding to the real objects are hung on the bundled steel products, indicating the factory name, steel brand, batch number, specification and inspection code. However, due to poor production conditions, there is no large-scale hoisting equipment, and most of the fake and inferior steel bars are packed in small bundles (about ten in a bundle) or in bulk, without metal signs and quality guarantee.
It is suggested that users must obtain the quality certificate of steel bars when purchasing steel bars, and conduct acceptance inspection. If you have any quality questions, you can go to a professional testing institution for quality consultation and testing.
