How long is the announcement period for New Zealand trademark application to pass the examination?
Announcement: After the trademark has passed the examination, the applicant will be informed that the trademark application has been accepted and published in the trademark announcement. Anyone can raise an objection, state the reasons and submit relevant evidence within the three-month announcement period.

Registration approval: a trademark that is judged to be registrable after objection, or a trademark that has been announced without objection, will be allowed to register and issue a registration certificate. The whole smooth application process (if there is no rejection, objection, etc.) will take about 7.
