5. The trademark in the application can also be transferred, but if the application is unsuccessful, the transfer will not be successful;

6. Both parties to the trademark transfer must hold a business license, and a natural person must hold a business license, otherwise he cannot apply;

7. Notarization is not required for trademark transfer. Under normal circumstances, notarization is recommended;

8. The trademark transfer shall not be suspended. If both parties apply, the suspension is not allowed.
