1. Trademark transfer must be approved by China National Intellectual Property Administration before it can be protected by laws and regulations;

3. If the trademark assignor licenses others to use its trademark, it can only be transferred to a third party with the consent of the licensee;

4. If a company cancels or an individual dies and fails to go through the trademark transfer formalities within one year from the date of cancellation or death, the trademark transfer formalities will not be handled, and the trademark ownership will naturally disappear;

5. The trademark in the application can also be transferred, but if the application is unsuccessful, the transfer will not be successful;

6. Both parties to the trademark transfer must hold a business license, and a natural person must hold a business license, otherwise he cannot apply;

7. Notarization is not required for trademark transfer. Under normal circumstances, notarization is recommended;

8. The trademark transfer shall not be suspended. If both parties apply, the suspension is not allowed.
