How to tell whether Fu Nan battery is genuine or not?
1. Fake Fu Nan is in place from packaging to batteries, but fakes are fakes after all. There are still many loopholes in careful identification. First of all, from the positive electrode of the battery, the yellow of the top insulation sticker of the genuine Fu Nan is close to gold, while the fake is khaki, and the width extending to the inner ring is also larger. The anode shock of the real Fu Nan is two concentric cylinders, but the bottom of the fake is slightly higher and the diameter is smaller than the real one. Another notable feature is that genuine insulating stickers will have crescent-shaped folds, while fakes are very smooth.

2. The negative electrode of genuine Fu Nan battery is obviously different from that of counterfeit battery. The key point is that the laser etching technology used in the word "Fu Nan" is not available in counterfeits. Through careful observation, we can see that the bottom of the genuine product adopts precision forging process, and the bottom is smooth without artificial polishing marks. The word "Fu Nan" etched by laser has shallow handwriting, smooth edges and no rough feeling. On the other hand, there are obvious wear marks on the negative plane in the same direction. It is estimated that the shell technology of the fake workshop is too poor to ensure the surface smoothness, so it must be polished. Most importantly, the production process of this word in the cottage workshop is similar to "stamping". The font is obviously rough and uneven, with different shades. The handwriting is obviously deeper than that etched by laser. Moreover, this process makes the surface of the negative electrode uneven, and the surface will randomly sag along the writing direction, destroying the flatness.

3. Another heavyweight method to distinguish authenticity is the difference of production batch numbers. As can be seen from the above picture, the production batch number of genuine Fu Nan near the negative electrode is typed by machine, and the font is composed of dot matrix. Because the batch number is different every month, these are all typed after the final quality inspection of the products. The batch number of the counterfeit product was obviously pasted on the surface when it was printed. By printing, the process of marking the batch number after passing the inspection is directly omitted.

4. We can also find some different details on the battery surface sticker, such as the shelf life under the mercury-free alkaline battery with white characters on the green background and the national standard label of the product. Counterfeit batteries are still using the older GB/T 7112-1998, while the new version of genuine Fu Nan has long been replaced by GB8897.2-2005. In addition, the size and compactness of this line of white fonts are obviously different from those of genuine ones, and the printing accuracy of genuine ones is better. But this is basically changed by replacing fake batteries with a batch of stickers, which is not unique.

The latter two identification methods can only be found after disfigurement, and it is not feasible to buy them, but they are also obvious differences.

5. There will be a test batch number in the center of the genuine battery case, which is also a dot matrix machine. Each batch will be different, and the shell material of counterfeit products is dull and there is no such batch number.

6. The true and false Fu Nan are not completely sealed steel shells, and the negative electrode has air holes to prevent the danger of explosion caused by accidental charging. The stomata of true and false Fu Nan are symmetrical, but their shapes, areas and distribution angles are different.
