The time limit for trademark announcement is three months. If there is no objection within these three months, the certificate will be issued three months after the date of publication.

If anyone raises an objection, it will take 1 year to get more results. If the Trademark Office considers the objection unsuccessful, it will issue a certificate.

If the objection is successful, a notice of rejection will be issued. This is also an objection ruling.
