The length and width of the trademark pattern shall not be greater than 10cm and not less than 5cm. The request for color protection shall be accompanied by a color pattern and marked with "designated color". The words in the trademark pattern should be written correctly, and the meaningful foreign language words should indicate the Chinese meaning.

Where a trademark contains abstract and illegible Chinese or English trademarks, a trademark description shall be attached.
