Police cars can use warning lights and sirens when performing the following tasks: (1) rushing to the scene of criminal cases, public security cases, traffic accidents and other emergencies; (2) Pursuing criminal suspects, fugitives and reeducation-through-labor personnel; (3) Chasing the hit-and-run vehicles and personnel in traffic accidents; (4) Escorting criminal suspects, criminals and reeducation-through-labor personnel; (five) to perform security, vigilance and public security, traffic patrol and other tasks.
