Documents that need to be prepared when registering changes in local and national taxes:

1. Original and copy of name change notice;

2. Original and copy of business license Copy;

3. Original and copy of the organization code certificate;

4. Original and copy of the resolution of the shareholders’ meeting;

5. Amendment to the Articles of Association Original and copy of the tax registration certificate;

7. Original and duplicate of tax registration certificate;

8. Official seal;

9. Tax change form (can be processed on-site) Get it and fill it out and stamp it when applying for renewal)

Prepare two copies each, one each for local tax and national tax.
