2. If you are in Beijing, you can go directly to the National Trademark Office and bring the corresponding materials to fill in the trademark application documents and submit them yourself. However, if you are in other provinces, you can only entrust a trademark agency to help you prepare trademark application documents, and then submit the trademark application documents to the National Trademark Office.

3. First of all, you need to conduct a trademark search to make sure that your trademark does not conflict with other people’s trademarks. Otherwise, you will not be able to register the trademark. 4. Afterwards, all materials will be submitted to the National Trademark Office. 5. 6. The National Trademark Office will issue the preliminary review announcement, and you can receive the registration certificate in about one month. If no one raises an objection to a preliminary approved trademark within three months from the date of publication of the preliminary approval announcement or if the objection raised is not established by the State Trademark Office, then the trademark will be registered and will become effective and the registration will be issued.
