Hainan Airlines Co., Ltd. is the first airline in China with both A shares and B shares listed. The company was established in January 1993 by Hainan Airlines after the standardized shareholding system reform, and officially set sail on May 2, 1993 with a registered capital of 3,53,252,81 yuan. The legal representative of the company is Chairman Zhu Yimin, and the current president is Yingming Wang.
