1. After submitting the trademark license for the record, the Trademark Office will accept those that meet the acceptance conditions and notify the licensor in writing; If it does not meet the acceptance conditions, the Trademark Office will not accept it, and notify the licensor in writing and explain the reasons; If it is necessary to make corrections, the Trademark Office shall notify the licensor to make corrections, and the licensor shall make corrections according to the specified contents within 30 days from the date of receiving the notice and return them to the Trademark Office. If it fails to make corrections within the time limit or fails to make corrections as required, the Trademark Office will not accept it and notify the licensor in writing.

2. If the trademark law and the Regulations for the Implementation of the Trademark Law are met, the Trademark Office shall put it on record and notify the licensor in writing.

3. If it does not conform to the provisions of the Trademark Law and the Regulations for the Implementation of the Trademark Law, the Trademark Office shall not put it on record, notify the licensor in writing and explain the reasons. If it is necessary to make corrections, the Trademark Office shall notify the licensor to make corrections, and the licensor shall make corrections according to the specified contents within 30 days from the date of receiving the notice and return them to the Trademark Office. If it fails to make corrections within the time limit or fails to make corrections as required, the Trademark Office shall not put it on record and notify the licensor in writing.
