The Trademark Law is divided into general provisions, application for trademark registration, examination and approval of trademark registration, renewal, alteration, transfer and use license of a registered trademark, invalidity of a registered trademark, management of trademark use and protection of the exclusive right to use a registered trademark, with a total of 73 supplementary provisions, which came into force on March 20 14 1983. 1963 April 10 the trademark management regulations promulgated by the State Council were terminated; Other provisions on trademark management that contravene this Law shall be null and void at the same time. Trademarks registered before the implementation of this Law shall remain valid.
