What are the elements that constitute a trademark under my country’s Trademark Law?

According to Article 8 of my country’s new Trademark Law: “Any visible sign that can distinguish the trademark of a natural person, legal person or other organization from the goods of others, including text, graphics, Letters, numbers, three-dimensional signs and color combinations, as well as combinations of the above elements, can be applied for registration as trademarks. "Obviously, the legal components of a trademark are: visually distinguishable "text, graphics, letters, numbers, three-dimensional signs and Color combinations, and combinations of the above elements.”
