3. Whether the application form is filled in accordance with the regulations. Including whether the name of the applicant is consistent with the seal and business license; Whether the address of the applicant is accurate; Whether the goods or services specified by the applicant are standardized, specific and accurate.

4. Whether the specifications and quantity of trademarks and trademark patterns meet the requirements.

5. Whether the documents to be submitted are complete and whether the fees have been paid.

6. Check whether only one trademark has been declared in an application.

7. Review the date of application for trademark and compile the application number. The Regulations for the Implementation of the Trademark Law stipulates that the date of application for trademark registration shall be based on the date of application received by the Trademark Office. After examination, if the application procedures are complete and the application documents are filled in according to the regulations, the application number shall be compiled and a Notice of Acceptance shall be issued.
