Trademark registration is unified throughout the country, and there are only two ways at present.

1, directly to the State Trademark Office.

2. Principal-agent. Formal and legal agencies must be filed with the State Trademark Office, which can be found on the website of the State Trademark Office.

The State Trademark Office is located in Beijing and has no local office. All trademarks are ultimately handled by the State Trademark Office.
