What is the trademark registration certificate like?
Legal subjectivity:

Trademark registration certificate is a legal document issued by the State Trademark Office to trademark registrants to prove the scope of their exclusive right to use trademarks according to the relevant provisions of the Trademark Law. The main contents recorded in the trademark registration certificate include: the trademark (pattern), the trademark registration number, the name and address of the trademark registrant, the goods or services approved for use by the registered trademark and their categories, and the start and end dates (validity period) of the exclusive right to use the trademark.

Legal objectivity:

Article 33 of the Trademark Law stipulates that within three months from the date of announcement, the prior obligee or interested party considers that the trademark violates the provisions of Article 13, paragraphs 2 and 3, Article 15, Article 16, paragraph 1, Article 30, Article 31 and Article 32 of this Law, or anyone thinks that it violates the provisions of Article 4, Article 10, Article 11, Article 12 and Article 32 of this Law. If there is no objection at the expiration of the announcement period, the registration shall be approved, a trademark registration certificate shall be issued and an announcement shall be made.
