Chapter 2 Instructions for Settlement 1. Merchants must truthfully provide materials and information: 1. Please be sure to ensure the authenticity of the relevant qualifications and information provided during the application for settlement and subsequent operation stages (if the relevant qualifications provided by the merchant are: Provided by third parties, including but not limited to trademark registration certificates, authorization letters, etc., please be sure to verify the authenticity, validity and completeness of the documents first). Once false qualifications or information are found, the Meituan e-commerce platform will no longer cooperate with the merchants and will not The rights shall be processed in accordance with the Meituan e-commerce rules and relevant agreements signed with merchants; 2. Merchants should truthfully provide the entities operating their stores and related information, including but not limited to the actual operating entity of the store, the entity's legal person information and other information; 3 If the Meituan e-commerce platform has relevant regulations regarding changes to merchant information and materials, such regulations shall apply. However, if the merchant changes the information listed in paragraph 2, the merchant shall notify Meituan E-commerce in writing 10 days in advance; if the Meituan e-commerce platform is not notified in advance, , Meituan E-commerce will handle it according to Meituan E-commerce rules. 2. Chapter 3 Meituan E-commerce Platform Store Types and Related Requirements: 1. Flagship store refers to a merchant’s own brand (registered trademark), or exclusive authorization issued by the brand (registered trademark) owner Documents to enter the store opened on the Meituan e-commerce platform. Merchants can apply for a "flagship store" based on the source of this right. Flagship stores can have the following three situations: 1. Flagship stores that operate one brand of goods; 2. Specialty stores refer to stores opened by merchants on the Meituan e-commerce platform with non-own brand (registered trademark) authorization documents. 1. Specialty stores can have the following situations: 1) A merchant store that operates products of an authorized brand but has not obtained the exclusive authorization from the brand (registered trademark) owner to enter the Meituan open platform. 2) A merchant store that operates products from multiple authorized brands, and each brand is owned by the same actual controller. 3. Specialized stores refer to stores that have settled on the Meituan e-commerce platform and sell two or more branded products under the same main category. 4. Factory stores refer to stores opened by merchants with their own factory production lines and own brands or authorized brands on the Meituan e-commerce platform. 5. Chapter 4 Deposit/rate standard for applying for entry into Meituan E-commerce Platform 1. Deposit: Merchant pays to Meituan E-commerce based on the principle of "one deposit for one store" to ensure the standard operation of the store and the The amount to guarantee the quality of goods and services. When a merchant commits infringement, breach of contract or violation of regulations, Meituan E-commerce can deduct the corresponding amount of deposit as liquidated damages or compensate consumers in accordance with the relevant provisions in the agreement signed with the merchant and the rules of the Meituan E-commerce platform.

The adjustment, top-up, refund, deduction, compensation, etc. of the margin shall be handled in accordance with the relevant agreements signed by the merchants and the rules of the Meituan e-commerce platform; 2. A store with an independent store ID is considered a store. Chapter 5 Entry Restrictions 1. Entrants to the Meituan e-commerce platform must be legally registered corporate users. Applications from individual industrial and commercial households and non-mainland Chinese enterprises are not currently accepted. 2. The settled enterprise must have been established for more than 12 months (including 12 months). 3. The registered capital of settled enterprises must be no less than RMB 500,000. 4. Brands with the same or similar names that are similar to Meituan’s existing brands or existing channels, businesses, categories, etc.; 2. Brands that include industry names or common names, or names of famous people or places; 3. Brands similar to well-known brands; 4. Other brands that are not suitable for entry. 7. Restrictions on the entry of corporate trade names: 1. Containing the same or similar font size as Meituan’s existing brands or existing channels, businesses, categories, etc.; 2. Containing the same or similar font size as well-known brands. 3. Contains other font sizes that are not suitable for inclusion. 8. Cross-category business restrictions: 1. All types of stores on the Meituan e-commerce platform are not allowed to operate across first-level categories. 9. Restrictions on the same entity opening multiple stores: 1. The brands and/or products sold between stores must not be repeated; 2. Only three stores are allowed to open under one first-level category and the store types under the same second-level category cannot be the same. . 10. Flagship store entry restrictions: 1. Brand flagship stores only accept 1 store under the same first-level category on the Meituan e-commerce platform; 2. Store-type flagship stores only accept invited merchants to enter; 11. The same entity re-opens Restrictions on joining Meituan e-commerce: 1. Those who withdraw from the Meituan e-commerce platform due to serious violations, serious quality problems, etc. will be permanently restricted from joining; 2. Those who voluntarily withdraw from the platform twice within a calendar year will be banned from the date of the last withdrawal. Starting from 6 months (including 6 months), entry is restricted.
