2. Acceptance of entrustment: Sign the Trademark Application Entrustment Agreement and the Trademark Power of Attorney, and the applicant will pay the trademark agency fee.
3. Making trademark application documents: making trademark application forms, etc.
4. Submit the application: After checking and confirming that the documents are correct, submit the application documents to the Trademark Office.
5. Trademark announcement: The trademark announcement shall be made for 3 months from the date of submitting the application.
6. Objection: If anyone objects, it will be extended for three months.
7. Trademark approval: If no objection is raised within the announcement period, the trademark can be approved after about 1 month.
The date of trademark registration will be traced back to the date of filing the application for registration. The period of validity of a registered trademark is ten years, counting from the date of approval of registration. Where it is necessary to continue to use a registered trademark after its expiration, it shall apply for renewal of registration within six months before its expiration. Failing to apply within this time limit, a grace period of 6 months may be granted. If no application is made at the expiration of the exhibition period, its registered trademark shall be cancelled. Each renewal of registration is valid for ten years.
