Be sure to look at the ingredient list. The first one is raw milk. The fewer the following ingredients, the better. Really fermented yogurt is very sour, so sugar is added to most yogurts in the world. If you have special needs, such as diabetics, you can just choose sugar-free.
Let’s take a look at an example:
1. We can see that the first ingredient in the original yogurt ingredient list is raw milk, the second most ingredient is white sugar, followed by pectin and agar. They are all used for thickening. The protein content is 3.1g, which is pretty good. Many milks usually have 3.2g.
