Trademark is a specialized legal term.

A trademark is a sign used to identify and distinguish the source of goods or services. Any mark that can distinguish the goods of a natural person, legal person or other organization from the goods of others, including words, graphics, letters, numbers, three-dimensional signs, color combinations and sounds, etc., as well as combinations of the above elements, can be applied for registration as a trademark

1. Text form: composed of a combination of different characters such as Chinese characters, ethnic minority characters or foreign characters;

2. Graphic form: composed of natural figures, geometric figures or symbols;

4. Numerical form: composed of Arabic numerals, Roman numerals or Chinese uppercase numerals;

5. Three-dimensional three-dimensional form: composed of three dimensions: length, width and height, which can appear in three-dimensional material form;

6. Color form: composed of two or more colors arranged , a combination;

7. Sound form: a group of music composed of notes or a special sound;
