According to the provisions of my country’s Trademark Law, what factors should be considered in determining a well-known trademark?

Article 14 of the "Trademark Law" stipulates the conditions for the recognition of well-known trademarks, that is: the following factors should be considered for the recognition of well-known trademarks:

1. The degree of awareness of the trademark by the relevant public.

2. The duration of use of the trademark.

3. The duration, extent and geographical scope of any publicity work for the trademark.

4. Records that the trademark is protected as a well-known trademark.

5. Other factors that make the trademark famous.

There are three ways to apply for recognition as a well-known trademark in China:

1. Apply to the Industry and Commerce Bureau where the infringement case is located, and submit it step by step Go to the Trademark Administration in Beijing for evaluation.

2. During the announcement period when you discover that someone else has preemptively registered your trademark, apply directly to the Trademark Administration in Beijing to file a trademark objection and request that it be recognized as a well-known trademark in China.

3. In cases of trademark invalidation, the case shall be submitted directly to the Trademark Review and Adjudication Committee members of the General Administration of Trademark.
