B, if the fault is not solved, the problem lies in the water level switch. After long-term use, the water level switch can stop water inflow, resulting in water inflow. At this time, the water level switch should be replaced.

C, if the pressure pipe is worn and broken for a long time, or the pressure pipe leaks due to poor contact or disconnection with the water level switch and the gas nozzle of the outer barrel, it can also lead to water leakage. Because the pressure is insufficient and the water level switch does not act, the computer board mistakenly thinks that the water level is flooded. At this time, check whether the pressure pipe is worn or not, and whether the two connectors are poorly contacted or disconnected;

D, due to the use of a long time, there is a foreign body blocking the nozzle, resulting in pressure can not be transmitted to the pressure switch, at this time should unscrew the big nut, and then take out the inner barrel, take out the foreign body blocking the nozzle.

E. If all else fails, try to replace the computer board, because all actions are controlled by the computer board.

(2) There is no water

A. Turn on the power supply, and when the ear is close to the water inlet valve, check whether there is buzzing. If yes, check whether the tap water is cut off, turn off the faucet, close the inlet pipe connector, and check whether the filter screen of the inlet valve is blocked. If the filter screen is pulled out for cleaning, the water inlet valve will be replaced if the problem is not solved, and the valve core of the water inlet valve may get stuck and cannot be opened.

B. If the water inlet valve does not buzz, try to replace the computer board at this time. Maybe the problem is the computer motherboard.

(3), no dehydration phenomenon

A, first check the safety switch, turn on the power program of the washing machine to the dehydration state, and press the brake arm of the safety switch to low by hand or tool. If the computer board gives an alarm, the digital tube displays "E 1", and then replace the safety switch or computer board;

B. If the brake arm of the safety switch can be dehydrated normally after being pressed by hand or tools, it means that the power-off distance of the safety switch is low, and the safety switch should be replaced at this time.

C. If there is only one impeller and the inner barrel does not rotate during dehydration, check whether the traction machine has separated the pawl and ratchet of the clutch. If it is not possible, the adjusting rod nut on the steam trap is loose and worn, resulting in insufficient opening distance. At this time, re-adjust the distance of the adjusting lever to separate the pawl and ratchet of the clutch.

④ No drainage.

A, first check whether the adjusting rod nut on the drain valve is loose, so that the tractor can't open the drain valve spool, resulting in no drainage. At this time, fix the nut so that it can open the valve core of the drain valve; First, check whether the tractor cable is loose from the drain valve;

B. If the nut is not loose or the cable is not loose, the tractor may be damaged and the drain valve core cannot be opened. At this time, the tractor will be replaced;

C, it is also possible that the drain valve is blocked by sundries, so the drain valve cover should be unscrewed first to take out sundries.

D, if not solved, the computer board may be damaged, and the computer board should be replaced.

(5) Washing noise.

A, first identify where the sound comes from. If it is under the pulsator, first unscrew the screw of the pulsator and take it out to see if there are any foreign objects under it, because if the washing machine is used for a long time and is not paid attention to when washing, small things such as coins in the clothes pocket may drill to the bottom of the pulsator along the gap between the pulsator and the inner barrel, which may cause the pulsator to hit foreign objects when washing. At this time, the foreign body should be taken out. If you can't take them out, you can easily take them out or remove them by turning the whole washing machine upside down. In addition, users should be reminded to take out coins and other things in their pockets when washing clothes.

B. If the sound comes from the bottom, the problem may be the motor or clutch. At this time, you can remove the V-belt and turn on the power. If the noise is eliminated, the clutch is damaged, otherwise it is a motor problem and should be replaced.

⑥ There is noise during dehydration.

A, first check whether the clothes in the bucket are placed unilaterally, and put them away for dehydration and shaking, which makes a lot of noise. At this time, open the cover plate and put the clothes in evenly;

B, check whether there is a foreign body between the inner barrel, pulsator and outer barrel, and the method is the same as washing with noise. If there is a foreign body, take it out.

C, it may be that the adjusting rod nut on the drain valve is loose or worn, resulting in insufficient opening distance, so that the pawl and ratchet of the clutch rub against each other during rotation, resulting in abnormal sound. At this time, adjust the position of the adjusting rod;

D, otherwise the problem lies in the motor or clutch.

A, with automatic power off function, if you press the power switch, it will immediately jump to reset, which may be damaged, so you need to replace the power switch;

B, the power supply is directly controlled by the computer board. If you can't connect the power supply, it may be that the button is stuck or the computer board is damaged;

C, may be due to improper use of the user, make the computer board water or be affected with damp, resulting in internal short circuit misoperation of the computer board, as soon as the power supply is connected, the reset coil of the power switch will be given an instruction to cut off the power supply, and the computer board will be replaced at this time.

A, first check whether the valve core of the drain valve is stuck in the power-off state, and see whether the valve core rod is in place, otherwise the internal spring may be stuck. At this point, unscrew the valve cover, check whether there is any foreign body stuck or damaged and replace it.
