(1) Subject element: refers to a person who has civil subject qualification, participates in civil legal relations, enjoys rights and assumes obligations. That is, the participants in civil legal relations, the holders of rights and the undertakers of obligations. Civil subjects mainly include natural persons, legal persons, unincorporated organizations and, in some cases, the state.
(2) Object elements: the object of civil legal relationship, with nominal object, is the objective thing on which the civil legal relationship is established between civil subjects, is the reflection of the interests pursued by civil subjects, and becomes the object of civil subjects' activities. As far as the normative civil legal relationship is concerned, its object is generally fixed.
The object of civil legal relationship can be summarized as follows:
1. Things refer to physical entities and natural forces that can meet people's needs and be dominated outside the body of a natural person.
2. Behavior refers to activities that can satisfy certain interests of the right subject.
3. Intellectual achievements refer to the spiritual wealth created by people's mental work, including various scientific discoveries, inventions, designs, works and trademarks.
4. Personal interests, including personal interests and identity interests.
(3) How can people with civil subject qualifications achieve their purpose of participating in civil life, that is, the purpose of participating in civil life? This way and process of realizing his legally protected interests is the content of civil legal relationship.
