Italian Alpina Knitted Sportswear Co., Ltd. announced that it has launched a series of work to clean up the rights of famous brands in China, and the first thing to clean up is many brand trademarks similar to the company's trademark "Kangaroo" on the market at present.
Ms. Rao, a brand consultant from Alpina, said that when Italian kangaroos entered China, they didn't know much about the relevant laws in China, and they didn't pay enough attention to some situations in China's clothing market, so that two years after Italian kangaroos entered China, there were some registered kangaroo trademarks in the market, and various kangaroo brands also appeared in China's clothing luggage market.
"We found that there are at least dozens of kangaroo trademarks in the market. Ms. Rao introduced that these kangaroos are different from those in Alpina, or there is a baby kangaroo in their pockets. In this case, while improving their own management mechanism and advanced production technology, Italian kangaroos have initiated a series of rights protection actions by raising objections to these registered or registered trademarks or applying for cancellation.
