Where an agent distributes imported goods, the name and address of the agent shall be indicated on the goods. Operators who provide services shall set up service marks in a prominent position in their business premises. Service identification includes the following contents: (1) service content, quality standards and charging standards; (2) Matters needing attention, restrictive conditions and necessary tips in the service; (3) Other service-related contents that should be identified. Twenty-second operators to provide goods or services, should be clearly marked in accordance with the provisions. The price tag shall be clearly marked with complete price tag, true and clear price tag content, clear handwriting, contraposition of goods tag and eye-catching logo. When the price changes, it should be adjusted in time. Operators shall not sell goods or provide services at a higher price than the marked price, and shall not charge any unspecified fees.
