Can a commodity be marked with multiple trademarks?
Trademark registrants use multiple registered trademarks on a commodity. A registrant may use multiple registered trademarks at the same time on the goods approved for use, but the registration marks shall be marked one by one. Multiple registered trademarks can be used in combination and side by side, which means the legitimate use in good faith. It is still illegal to change the words, graphics or combination of the original registered trademark, or to infringe upon the exclusive right to use the registered trademark of others after using the combination, and the administrative department for industry and commerce will investigate and deal with it according to law.
