4.2.6 Merchant stores and related stores sell counterfeit goods on JD.com’s open platform, other JD.com platforms, their own official website or Internet sales channels.

4.2.7 Violate the "Jingdong Open Platform Merchants' Points Management Rules for Violation Points", with 100 points deducted for serious violations.

In the above circumstances, in addition to having the right to remove the merchant and terminate cooperation with it, JD.com may also pursue legal liability against the merchant.
