Article 1 194 of the Trademark Law: Internet users and Internet service providers who use the Internet to infringe upon the civil rights and interests of others shall bear tort liability. Article 1 196 of the Trademark Law: After receiving the forwarding notice, the network user may submit a statement to the network service provider that there is no infringement.
