The trademark applied for as an individual store name is transferred to the company’s name

I have a friend who applied for a trademark in the name of a self-employed business owner in 2004 (the store name was not registered in the name of an individual). In 2008, my friend canceled the original trademark with the industrial and commercial department. Shop, in 2009, my friend established a company and now needs to transfer the trademark to the company. How should we handle it? What materials are needed? Looking forward to replying! (My friend applied for a trademark under the name of an individual store, but the business license and official seal of the original store have been submitted to the original registration authority.)

If the original trademark registrant is an individual industrial and commercial household, he should provide the industrial and commercial certificate Proof from the government regarding the nature, business form, identity of the owner, and cancellation time of the individual industrial and commercial household. If it is an individual industrial and commercial household operated by an individual, the owner shall sign the transfer application form and provide a copy of the owner's ID card. If it is a family operation, all family members should sign at the transferor's office, and attach copies of the ID cards of all family members and certificates from the public security organs regarding family members.
