On November 16, 2005, the hot test of the 65-ton converter system in the iron and steel rolling technical transformation project was successful. On August 19, 2006, Jiangcang No. 2 coke oven was successfully ignited. Coke was successfully discharged at 10:00 on October 27, marking the completion and commissioning of the second 350,000-ton coke oven and 70-ton coking project.

In March 2006, the chemical production project of the Coking Branch of Jiangcang Energy Company started. On April 28, 2007, the ammonium sulfate system and crude benzene system were debugged. On September 30, 2007, the 300TPD sleeve kiln with a total investment of 56.54 million yuan was put into operation.

In 2007, the iron ore mining and dressing, steel manufacturing, and coal coking projects were completed and put into operation, forming a vertically integrated industrial chain of "coal-coking-coal chemicals" and "iron ore mining and dressing-iron-steel-rolling" Initial formation.
