2 Legal document services: review and modify various contracts, agreements, articles of association, statements, memorandums, claims and settlement letters, letters of intent, letters of attorney, feasibility study reports, minutes, etc. for consulting units. According to the needs of the consulting unit, issue legal affairs documents such as lawyer's letters, lawyer's statements, legal advice, etc. in the name of the legal consultant. Assist consulting units to formulate and modify internal rules and regulations.

3 Comprehensive project legal services: Provide participatory and comprehensive legal advisory services for larger economic and trade projects or other major projects of the consulting unit. Including feasibility study and negotiation of the project, providing legal consultation, issuing legal opinions and the legal, regulatory and policy basis required for the project.

4 Draft and modify labor contracts for consulting units and coordinate labor relations.

5 Assist the consulting unit to manage economic contracts and supervise and track the performance of the contract.

6. Collect debts and handle trade disputes for consulting units. Review arbitration and litigation materials and provide legal advice and basis.

7 Intellectual property services: Provide legal advice on the protection of trademark rights, patent rights, copyrights, trade secrets and exclusive operating rights of consulting units, and assist consulting units in formulating confidentiality systems and confidentiality agreements.

8 According to the needs of the consulting unit, attend major meetings and provide on-site legal consultation.

9 Legal training services: According to the needs of the consulting unit, in order to improve the legal awareness of the staff of the consulting unit, legal training is provided to employees through symposiums, lectures, etc.

10 Based on the financial information provided by the consulting unit, analyze the company's claims and propose corresponding treatment plans for non-performing assets.

11 Legal information service: From time to time, we will introduce and publicize legal information such as newly promulgated national and local laws, regulations, and rules to consulting units, and provide legal advice or corresponding countermeasures on risk avoidance.

Law practice must be based on facts and the law as the criterion.

Article 4: The judicial administrative department shall supervise and guide lawyers, law firms and bar associations in accordance with this Law.
