Decision of the Shandong Provincial People's Government to abolish the "Shandong Provincial Famous Trademark Recognition and Protection Measures"

In order to adapt to the requirements of comprehensively deepening reform and the socialist market economy, and maintain the unity of the socialist legal system, in accordance with the "Regulations and Normative Documents of Local Governments Involving the Famous Trademark System" by the Legal Affairs Office of the State Council and the State Administration for Industry and Commerce. "Notice of Special Cleanup Work" (Guo Law [2018] No. 5) requires that after cleaning up the currently effective provincial government regulations, the provincial government decided to abolish the "Measures for the Recognition and Protection of Famous Trademarks in Shandong Province" (Provincial Government Order No. 185) .

This decision shall come into effect from the date of promulgation.
