Before applying for trademark registration, the applicant should first conduct a trademark query. The query is mainly to search whether there are any conflicting trademark registration rights. There are three types of inquiries: 1. Online trademark inquiry system (this system is the trademark inquiry system open to the public by the State Trademark Office) free of charge 2. Internal trademark inquiry system inquiry (this system is the company's internal trademark inquiry system) free of charge 3. Official inquiry (This query involves submitting a trademark query to the Trademark Office and entrusting a Trademark Office investigator to conduct the query.) Note: The China Trademark Network query system can only query trademark files disclosed by the Trademark Office. The Trademark Office has not disclosed to the public the trademarks applied for in the last 6 months. Therefore, the company's internal trademark query system and the China Trademark Network query system cannot query. If the applicant needs to query the trademark files applied for at this stage, it must be reported to the Trademark Office for query, and the Trademark Office will charge the above corresponding trademark query fee.
