The trademark registration fee will not be refunded if it is not approved before submission. When the Trademark Office performs the examination procedures prescribed by law to verify its trademark, the fees required are the fees paid by the applicant when applying. As long as the Trademark Office fulfills the review procedures stipulated by law, the trademark fee is non-refundable regardless of whether the trademark is successfully registered.
