Conditions for trademark registration:

1. The need to submit a registered trademark in an individual’s name:

A copy of the individual industrial and commercial household’s business license, a copy of the legal person’s ID card , clear trademark pattern

2. The need to submit a registered trademark in the name of the company:

Copy of the company's business license with official seal, clear trademark pattern.

If submitted by an agency, a power of attorney is required.
