Two. According to the People's Republic of China (PRC) Household Registration Law,
Article 12 A residence permit system shall be implemented for residents who have moved out of their permanent residence. The household registration files of residents will no longer be moved with their places of residence, but written proof materials that meet the conditions of residence access in the places where they moved in shall be submitted in time, and they shall apply to the local household registration authority for supplementary registration and obtain a local residence permit.
Residents who temporarily change their residence shall be registered in time by the reception unit, reception personnel or other obligors, and apply to the local household registration authority for supplementary registration.
Where a resident's place of residence is changed within a municipal district divided into districts, supplementary registration is not required; City change or temporary cross-regional change, should be timely supplementary registration.
Thirteenth ex situ residence access conditions refer to having a fixed residence and a stable source of life. Fixed residence includes self-owned housing, public housing and rental housing, and stable sources of life include wage income, business income, other legal monetary income and people with stable income.
