Poyang Lake area has always been an important grain producing area in this province and one of the nine commodity grain bases in China. Surrounded by Poyang Lake, the lake area is mostly alluvial plain with flat terrain, numerous rivers, good agricultural production conditions and high land utilization rate. Developed economy and culture, convenient land and water transportation, superior social and economic conditions and natural conditions for building commodity grain bases. The original grain base counties (cities, districts) mainly included (in 2004): Nanchang County, Jinxian County, leping city County, Dean County, yujiang county County, Fengxin County, fengcheng city City, Gao 'an City, Zhangshu City, Linchuan District, yugan county County and Wannian County. The current situation of grain production in recent years shows that these grain bases are all major grain-producing counties (cities, districts). According to the average grain planting area and output scale in recent six years, Xinjian County, duchang county County and Poyang County have development potential. The grain production scale of these three counties has an average annual planting area of over 40,000 hm2. It is necessary to make full use of the advantageous conditions of grain production in these counties, vigorously increase agricultural input, fundamentally improve production conditions, and apply advanced production technical measures to improve grain output, quality and efficiency.
According to the survey results of Jiangxi Geological Survey Institute, the soil pollution in Poyang Lake area is mainly Pb and Cd pollution, among which Cd pollution is the most serious. The polluted areas are mainly distributed in leping city, Hukou County, Jiujiang County, Zhangshu City, dongxiang county, Wannian County, yugan county and other areas, among which the heavily polluted areas are mainly distributed around Poyang Lake and rivers. According to China Soil Environmental Capacity, the critical content of heavy metals in main soils in China is 0.56mg/kg in red soil and 0.64mg/kg in fluvo-aquic soil. If 0.6mg/kg is taken as the critical value, the area of soil Cd content >: 0.6mg/kg in Poyang Lake area accounts for 0.87% of the total area, mainly distributed in Pengze, Poyang, Xinjian, Nanchang and other counties, among which Xinjian county has the largest area, and the area of soil Cd content >: 0.6mg/kg accounts for11. As commodity production bases with superior geographical conditions, Nanchang County and Xinjian County should avoid polluted areas and develop agricultural production.
Therefore, in the development of commodity grain production base, we can focus on developing pollution-free areas, and suggest that serious pollution areas should no longer be used as bases.
2. The principle of no pollution
While developing grain bases, we should implement the agricultural development policy of "high yield, high quality, high efficiency, ecology and safety", especially highlight the agricultural development concept of "ecology and safety", pay attention to the development of ecological agriculture, protect the agricultural ecological environment, and accelerate the development of pollution-free food, green food and organic food. Popularize fine varieties in a large area, apply efficient planting techniques such as pollution-free production technology and protected agricultural cultivation technology and large-scale and commercialized production management mode to improve the economic, ecological and social benefits of the base. We can jump out of the original framework and appropriately develop pollution-free grain bases and organic grain bases. In 2005, there were three pollution-free grain production bases in Poyang County: ① rice planting base of Xiejiatan Town Agricultural Comprehensive Service Station in Poyang County; ② Rice planting base of agricultural technology extension comprehensive service station in Sanmiaoqian Township, Poyang County; ③ Rice planting base of agricultural comprehensive service station in Zhegang Township, Poyang County. Therefore, Poyang has great potential to produce pollution-free food, and these bases can be linked to develop a unified brand.
Biyun brand rice is a registered trademark of Fengxin. On 1999, we obtained the right to use the green food logo, and were rated as famous brand products and quality inspection-free products in Jiangxi province. When choosing a green food base, we can combine the original resources, so Fengxin can establish a green rice base.
"Yuzhu" brand rice is registered by Zhangshu Grain and Oil Company. 1996 passed the appraisal of China Green Food Development Center and obtained the right to use the green food logo. Cinnamomum camphora is also the main base of grain production, so pollution-free grain production bases can be established in pollution-free towns and villages.
