1. June 6, 1956, Zichuan Kunlun Machinery Factory, the predecessor of Zibo Automobile Manufacturing Factory, was established.

2. Moved to Zichuan City in November 1959. In 1969, it produced Lushan brand, Changzheng brand and heavy-duty trucks. In 1972, Taishan brand light trucks and 212 jeeps were produced.

3. In January 1991, Zibo Automobile Manufacturing Plant was incorporated into Shandong Automobile Industry Corporation.

4. In June 1996, China Qingqi Group injected capital to establish China Qingqi Group Zibo Automobile Manufacturing Factory Co., Ltd.

5. In October 2005, it was restructured into a private holding company.
