4. If the search trademark can be successfully registered, we choose the trademark similarity search. Click in and you will be asked to fill in some basic information for the query. Pay attention to the classification of the trademark you choose. Trademarks are protected by classification, with a total of 45 categories. If you want to know which category your product belongs to, you can click on the trademark classification help at the back.

5. After clicking on the trademark classification help, the trademark classification table will appear, and you can find your own trademark classification.

6. Fill in the query content, select Chinese characters, numbers, pinyin, English, etc. according to the situation. Check all categories for the query type and select automatic query

7. After clicking the query, There will be similar trademarks of this type. If it is exactly the same or very similar, the registration will definitely fail.
