Pay attention to the classification of the trademark you choose. Trademarks are protected by classification, with a total of 45 categories. 5. After clicking on the trademark classification help, the trademark classification table will appear, and you can find your own trademark classification.

6. Fill in the query content, select Chinese characters, numbers, pinyin, English, etc. according to the situation. Check all categories for the query type and select automatic query

7. After clicking the query, There will be similar trademarks of this type. If it is exactly the same or very similar, the registration will definitely fail.
