Yonghe" is the place name of Yonghe City, Taiwan Province, my country. In the early 1950s, a group of retired veterans from other hometowns in mainland China were forced to make a living and gathered at the Yonghe Zhongzheng Bridge between Taipei and Yonghe to build a bridge. A small shed was started to operate a fast food breakfast, grinding soy milk, grilling hot pot cakes, and frying fried dough sticks, and gradually formed a stall serving breakfast. Due to the unique skills of these veterans, the soy milk grinded was fresh, nutritious, fragrant and delicious, and the hot pot cakes were made. The fried dough sticks are golden in color, soft and crunchy, so that various snack bars in the Yonghe area, represented by soy milk, are famous and spread throughout Taiwan.
In 1985, Lin Bingsheng, who was working in the intermediary industry at the time, reported to the Ministry of Economic Affairs. The Bureau of Standards and Inspection applied for trademark registration and established Hongqi Food Company in Yonghe Soy Milk Store in Shilin District, Taipei City to mechanize mass production of soy milk and supply concentrated soy milk to breakfast restaurants, bakeries, schools, supermarkets, etc., as long as Adding water to dilute it can make soy milk, which greatly reduces the time and labor of cooking soy milk.
Taiwan Hongqi Company was approved in February 1995 and registered the "straw hat" consisting of the Chinese characters, pronunciation letters and graphics of "Yonghe". A brand name composed of three parts of picture and text "face". In 1999, Lin Bingsheng's younger brother Lin Jianxiong promoted "Yonghe Soybean Milk" to mainland China, and the first Yonghe Soybean Milk store was opened in Pudong, Shanghai. By the end of 2007, Yonghe Soybean Milk's sales in South China Three major headquarters were established in East China and North China, and the number of franchise stores increased to 268. In March 2008, Dalian was set as the location of the Northeast headquarters.
